  As I grow older, I think I’ll often have to stand up and debate about   climate change and protecting the environment . Many people still underestimate how urgent the problem is or think individual actions don’t matter. I believe it’s important to speak up about reducing waste, saving energy, and supporting cleaner energy sources. Write about a meaningful object or place in your life that carries a story.

 My meaningful place is where I grew up in Chicage. Although, I moved away in early 2020 and don't go to visit as much anymore. It still holds a special place in my heart because that's where I grew up and spent a good portion of my life. It carries my childhood story and lots of experiences. Even though I closed my living in Chicago chapter that will never change my history. In class today we briefly read a short origin myth about the Navajo people. I learned about how most origin stories/myths are wrote, it impacted me by educating me on this specific topic because every story is different in their own way. I might use this knowledge by implying or relating it to more stories/origin myths we read in this class.
